Frequently Asked Questions
I see an Art Wolfe image I love, but it is not in the print collection. Can I order it as a print?

We are happy to make special order prints that are not part of our established Print Collection. For an additional fee of $300 per print, the image(s) will be profiled and edited using the same process as our Open Edition Prints. The final print will be signed with Art's digital signature.

Do you do corporate art installations?

Yes, we do! We work with architects and designers around the world. Please contact us directly for information on pricing for corporate wall decor.


Do you do corporate/event/bulk book sales?

Yes, we do. We can customize books for large corporate gift orders. We can also wrap and ship to your gift list. Contact us for more information.

Can I get my book signed?

Usually, yes. We often have signed books on hand, but if you want a book with a personal inscription we have to wait until Art is in town and available to sign. If you don't need your book in a hurry, we can definitely get a personal inscription.

Where is your main gallery and store?

What are your store hours?

Our online store is open 24 hours a day. Our staff is available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, Pacific time.

How much does shipping cost?

Rolled prints cost a minimum of $50; crated prints are a minimum of $250. International shipping is calculated on an case-by-case basis.

My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

I'm interested in an Art Wolfe book that is out of print. Do you have any out of print books available?

We have limited quantites of some out of print titles. Please call for availability: 888-973-0011 or email info@artwolfe.com.

Do you gift wrap for the holidays?

We can wrap small gifts for a nominal fee. Contact us for for more information

I love this image from Edge of the Earth and I'd like a print like it, but not this exact one. Can you make me a special print?

We are happy to make special order prints that are not part of our established Print Collection. There is a $300 fee for special orders and the prints are digitally signed.

Can I return a print?

Yes, prints may be exchanged or returned at your expense with 30 days of original sale. Please contact our office before returning a print.

I've changed my mind about the book I ordered. Can I return it?

Yes, items can be returned in original condition and in original packaging for an exchange or refund within 30 days of original purchase. Shipping cannot be refunded.

Do you have a catalog?

Our product catalog is online--visit the store to view books, prints, posters and more!

I received a print as a gift but I'd like something different. Can I exchange it?

Yes, your print can be exchanged. Please call to discuss with our Print Sales group 1-888-973-0011.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, we can provide a gift certificate in any amount. Perfect when you want to buy a print for your loved one but don't know exactly what print to choose!

Can I use my gift certificate online?

Not at this time. We encourage you to shop and select items you'd like online, but we are unable to process a gift certificate through our online system at this time. Please call us at 1-888-973-0011 to make an order using a gift certificate.
