| We make every attempt to insure that your package arrives well-packed, and best of all, quickly. Open edition prints are shipped rolled unless they are ordered framed. We only ship framed prints with UV Plexi or Optium Acrylic. Framed prints are shipped in custom crating. Limited edition prints are shipped flat in custom crating. |

| Shipping Photographic Prints |
| In-stock print only orders ship in 48-72 hours. Out of stock and special order print only orders ship in 7-10 days. Framed prints ship in three weeks. The above are estimates only, and depend upon Art Wolfe's travel schedule. It is likely that he may be out of town and unable to sign prints until he returns. |
| Damage & Returns |
| If your package arrives damaged please call us immediately 1-888-973-0011. If you suspect damage to the item(s) inside, make a claim with the shipper, and call us as well, we will then determine the necessary action for replacement. If for any reason the products you have ordered are not right, or need to be replaced, please contact us with your name, the order ID number from the packing list, and a phone number where you can be reached during the day. We will then look into the matter and arrange with you regarding shipping details. |
